Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in line with Netherlands consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Any original tags, seals, accessories, manuals, or protective materials must be included
- The item must show no signs of damage, wear, or use
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain opened or used items may not be eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Certain hygiene or personal care products once opened
Exchanges
If you would like a different item or variation, the fastest solution is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
